Could i bring ice-cream on a drive from sydney to gold coast?

There is my favourate ice cream store in sydney (Ben and Jerrys, had it alot on holiday in america) and its the only store in australia, so im going there, and i figured i'd get a chilly bin fill it with ice and bring it back to gold coast, filling the ice back up on the way. Will it still be good (the ice cream?) and also any other ways to bring back? Thanks alot.

Got a car fridge? That's a minimum 10 hours on the road. Chilly bins are not good enough. Might be if you used dry ice, but ordinary ice? Forget it.
